My rental broke down quite a ways from the rental company and I was stranded miles from anything. Non Stop does their roadside service and Justin was awesome! I was 3 1/2 -4 hours from them he had to load up and bring me a different vehicle, so I sat in my vehicle for several hours and into the night along the side of the road. What made ok was that Justin continued to keep in contact and provided me ETA updates and genuinely seemed concerned for me besides just doing his job of bringing and picking up a vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for a bad situation- what a good person Justin is and good representation of the company. He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
