Whether you are an urbanite making your daily commute to work or play, or a cross country traveler, you will most likely need assistance at some point. Roadside assistance isn’t free. If you need a battery jump you will have to pay for travel and enough to cover wages and profit. For towing you can obtain a rider on your insurance to cover tow, some policies may even help to pay for roadside assistance, but there are motor clubs that also provide help in obtaining and paying for roadside assistance.
